The Champagne gift set includes:
- Chapuy champagne brut tradition: made from 50% chardonnay, 25% pinot noir and 25% pinot meunier. Fermentation and ageing take place on stainless steel and malolactic conversion (a natural process where malic acid is converted to the softer lactic acid) is stopped early to preserve the beautiful acidity. The result is a delicious, fresh-fruited, dry champagne with yellow fruit and blossom in the nose. The long lagering gives a nice mousse. A champagne that does well at receptions and parties as well as at home with friends and family. Delicious with petit fours or a cake. Good value for money. 75 cl.
