Based on your briefing we start selecting items which meet your expectations. In our quotation we offer you a few options with their price and the type of personalisation we suggest. Perhaps you like to receive an extra quote with a different kind of personalisation or quantity. Of course no worries, finding the right gadget is important and we are there to help.
What better way to check whether the offered item meets with your requirements and expectations? A sample of course! We prefer sending you a sample free of charge so that you can check the offered quality before ordering. Somethimes an item looks identical on paper but it’s not in reality.
While placing your order we require a high quality vectorised logo for the offered personalisation of your gadget. We haven’t started production yet. We first send you a visual so that you can check the quantity, the colour of the item, the type of personalisation, position of the logo and the logo of course.
You gave a GO on the visual and now it is up to our services to work their mojo. Behind the scenes the items are being picked in the warehouse, unpacked, prepared for personalisation. The correct personalisation technique is used and the gadgets are being packed again AFTER a quality check.
