Maintaining a relationship without physical presence
This customer organises a well-attended forum every year with participants from home and abroad. This year, for the first time, the forum was organised entirely online.
The social aspect of this meeting and the opportunity for networking was therefore compromised.
The customer contacted us with the challenge: How can we achieve a nice moment of togetherness, even from a distance?
Customer’s request:
- A gift for every participant in the online forum.
- To be sent to the home address of each participant.
- Participants home and abroad.
- The gift must be able to support a social moment.
- Budget of max. €40.00
Our solution:
We suggested a sumptuous Apero Box to our customer. In a beautiful gift box, each participant received a bottle of cava, crisps, nuts, toast, olives and tapenades. The stylish wooden cutting board makes aperitif time complete, while also being a lasting reminder. In each box we added a personalised card and a flyer with the programme of the forum.
We ensured flawless delivery to each participant’s home. In order to be in line with the privacy legislation, a GDPR document was drawn up together with the customer, which clearly states how we treat the data provided and only use it in the context of this action.
During the forum, a cosy digital aperitif moment was then organised. In each breakout session, participants could open their gifts and enjoy an aperitif with delicious snacks together.
