Magnus Business Gifts is not organizing an open day this year. Although that does not mean that customers are no longer welcome for a visit. On the contrary. The specialist in promotional and product media opens the doors of their showroom all year round. “It allows customers with a busy schedule to also get acquainted with our latest articles,” says business manager Ann Magnus.
The upcycled showroom is regularly updated with new arrivals in the Magnus Business Gifts range. “Customers first had to wait until the open day to see those articles. Now they can decide for themselves when they want to visit us. Why this gesture? We want to meet the demand of customers with busy schedules. They sometimes missed the novelties because the open day did not fit into their schedule.”
By appointment
Interested parties who want to visit the showroom should first make an appointment. “The showroom can be visited on all working days from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday until 3 p.m. Even an appointment in the afternoon is possible. We can show a lot in an hour.”
If desired, Magnus Business Gifts can decorate the showroom to the needs of the customer. “But the standard collection can always be visited without obligation. The new arrivals this summer? We expanded our range with products from Rituals, Hugo Boss, Pascal Naessens and Koziol.”

Magnus Business Gifts organiseert dit jaar geen opendeurdag. Al wil dat niet zeggen dat klanten niet meer welkom zijn voor een bezoek. Integendeel. De specialist in promotie- en product media opent het hele jaar door de deuren van hun showroom. “Het laat klanten met een drukke agenda toe om ook kennis te maken met onze nieuwste artikelen”, vertelt zaakvoerder Ann Magnus.
De geupcyclede showroom krijgt regelmatig een update met nieuwkomers in het gamma van Magnus Business Gifts. “Klanten moesten eerst wachten tot de opendeurdag om die artikelen te zien. Nu kunnen ze zelf bepalen wanneer ze ons willen bezoeken. Waarom deze geste? We willen tegemoet komen aan de vraag van de klanten met drukke agenda’s. Zij misten soms de nieuwigheden omdat de opendeurdag niet paste in hun planning.”
Op afspraak
Geïnteresseerden die de showroom willen bezoeken, maken best eerst een afspraak. “De showroom is op alle werkdagen te bezoeken van 8.30 uur tot 17 uur en vrijdag tot 15 uur. Zelfs een afspraak onder de middag kan. Op een uurtje kunnen we heel veel laten zien.”
Indien gewenst kleedt Magnus Business Gifts de showroom aan op de noden van de klant. “Maar de standaard collectie is steeds heel vrijblijvend te bezoeken. De nieuwkomers deze zomer? We breidden ons gamma uit met producten van Rituals, Hugo Boss, Pascal Naessens en Koziol.”
